Biography

Tommy Ryman is the Matt Damon of comedy, if Matt Damon was 124 lbs and wore an eye-patch as a child. Featured as one of the Twin Cities’ Funniest People by Metro Magazine, Ryman’s act is described as “absurdist and clever, masked behind a very likable and innocent demeanor; often thought of as disturbingly adorable.” He is a favorite of audiences at top clubs and colleges around the nation, and is regularly featured on Rooftop Comedy. Ryman has caught the eye of some of the nation’s top comedians having opened for the likes of Nick Swardson, Maria Bamford and Louie Anderson. He was invited to perform in the prestigious Great American Comedy Festival at the Johnny Carson Theater and was signed to StandUp! Records. He assures audiences that his debut comedy CD Bath Time with Tommy Ryman has a tasteful album cover.
